El Solsonès (with 13.730 people) its a region of prePyrenean, in which the fields are collated with large tracts of forests and high mountain landscapes with a great contrast of landscapes. Has fifteen municipalities but only six villages, since most of the territory is formed by scattered farmhouses, some of which are beautiful examples of the characteristics of rural Catalonia buildings of the XV to XVIII. Therefore The Solsonès has been called “the land of the one thousand country houses”. Provides the ability to play sports or discover the finest Romanesque, Gothic and Neolithic, in the most unexpected places. This set is part of a landscape where man has found the balance between it and the land they work. It offers the possibility to practice all kinds of sports, and also discover the jewels of the Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque, Modernism.
