Passion for cooking

Jordi Guixé’s passion starts in his childhood when his parents Joan Guixé and Teresa Corominas came to Solsona from Barcelona to start an amazing and huge project including tourism and gastronomy.

He grew up between the traditional cuisine from his grandmother and the innovation and from his mother. Surrounded by the tastes and smells of the kitchen, the culinary sense was awakened and he decided to train in it.

He graduated in “Escola Superior d’Hosteleria i Turisme Sant Igansi” and he took a Master in cuisine and oenology in Strasburg (France). At present, he manage the family business and he leads the kitchen team since 2001.
